Applicious products and chocolates are made fresh with fresh products. We do not use preservatives, chemical additives, extracts or flavorings. Shelf life for our products are 3-4 months in desirable 60-68 (degree) dry area. Be careful not to display these products under hot lights or in rooms that are not air conditioned. Refrigerated cases are not required. The buyer and handler of our chocolates must understand the intricacies of handling foods. All orders ship FOB factory New Jersey via ground unless otherwise specified. Chocolates shipped during warm months and/or to warm climates are either shipped in an insulated carton or via refrigerated truck. For insulated cartons add $15 per carton when cost effective, a larger insulated carton can be used $25. Credit is not provided for packages that are returned due to negligance or mishandling of the product. Once shipment is signed and therefore approved, it is then the property and responsibility of the recipient. We do not restock or refund personalized products for personal or promotional use due to the fact that it cannot be used again.
